Paul Andreola

Paul Andreola is a venture capitalist with over 15 years experience in investor relations, management, marketing, communications and finance starting in 1992 as an investment advisor. His experience includes raising capital for early stage private and public companies and has been directly involved in the management and financing of several start-up technology companies. In 1998, Mr. Andreola co-founded MDU Communications Inc., a provider of premium telecommunications services such as digital satellite television, high-speed broadband internet and in-suite monitored security services to the North American multi-dwelling unit marketplace. He also helped co-found Destiny Media Technologies Inc., a leader in the development of easy-to-use tools for distributing digital media through the internet. Mr. Andreola has been a director of several public and private companies and is currently a Director of LiteAccess Technologies a private fiber optic company with a unique suite of last mile technologies. Paul is the author of two investment newsletters, "By the Numbers" and "Microcap Profile" dedicated to profiling undiscovered small and micro cap companies.

Paul enjoys spending time with his two children and stays active by hiking and biking the local trails.
