Colin Bowkett is a partner in Canadian Nexus Ventures, where his role includes project development and client management. Colin has more than 18 years experience in Business Development and Strategic Alliances, including 7 years with Business Objects ($4.5B Market Cap BOBJ:NASDQ) and Sophos ($167m Rev / private company). Colin was the co-founder and General Manager of an international ship brokerage firm, which he successfully ran for 10 years. Colin has contributed to multiple international mining and technology transactions in both the private and public sector.

Colin's passions include his wife and two sons, good friends, music, and great food & wine, which he attempts to work off playing sports in the BC outdoors.
