Arni Johannson /
Founding Partner Arni Johannson is the President and founder of Canadian Nexus Ventures he has 20 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets. His focus has been to build assets and senior management teams in companies he is invested in while executing a defined business plan. Mr. Johannson was the founder and architect behind the launch of Titan Uranium (TSX.v: TUE - www.TitanUranium.com ) and cofounded The Fortress Group (Fortress Paper – TSX: FTP - www.FortressPaper.com ). He also serves as a director for a number of public companies including Mega Uranium (TSX: MGA - www.MegaUranium.com ), additionally with Mega he is a member of the Audit committee. Mr. Johannson is currently the Chairman of Lions Gate Metals (TSX.v: LGM Tier 1 - www.LionsGateMetals.com ) where the company is focused on developing Copper assets in British Columbia. Lions Gate Metals has close to 2 Billion lbs of copper (by current 43-101) in its Poplar project. |

Colin Bowkett /
Partner Colin Bowkett is a lifelong entrepreneur whose role at CNV includes both new project development and client management. Colin has more than 18 years experience in business development and strategic alliances, and has facilitated and financed multiple international Oil & Gas, Mining, and Technology transactions in both the private and public sector. Colin is a frequent guest speaker and contributor at various investment conferences, and currently serves on the board and in senior roles at several private and public entities. Previously in his career Colin co-founded an international ship brokerage firm where he was responsible for generating multiple millions of dollars in annual revenue. Colin's passions include his wife and two sons, friends & music, and great food & wine, which he attempts to work off by playing sports in the BC outdoors. |

Michael Sweatman / Partner & CFO Michael Sweatman obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University. In the same year he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. He is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of both British Columba and the Yukon Territory. Since November, 1992, Mr. Sweatman has operated MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company. He has over 20 years experience in the financial marketplace and currently provides services as an Officer and Director for several Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies. |

Blair McIntyre /
Business Development Blair McIntyre has a Bachelor of Science from UBC and a Business Administration Diploma from BCIT. Blair has 12 years of strategic selling and business development experience and has assisted Fortune 500 companies like Bristol Myers, Squibb, and Suntrust Bank develop strategies and solutions for critical business problems. Most recently, Blair was instrumental in a series of international mining transactions in both the private and public sector. Blair is married and loves live music, camping, and taking advantage of Vancouver's parks and beaches. |

Wendy Johannson / Project Manager
Wendy brings over 23 years of sales and management experience to her role as Project Manager at Canadian Nexus Ventures. Her business background includes extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry directing a national team of distributors and sales associates with Masco Corporation and KWC America. Wendy is skilled in marketing and development of multi channel sales strategies and has a proven track record in developing customer programs and relationships. As an entrepreneur, Wendy is the Co-Founder of Dig It. This small start-up business was launched in 2008 and along with her business partner, they designed and patent products that are sold in retail & Big Box stores nationally; Dig It combines cutting edge innovation with stylish design and creative marketing. Wendy and her partner have been nominated as Canadian Women Entrepreneurs of the year for 2011. As Project Manager at Canadian Nexus, Wendy will focus her broad business background on new mining ventures as part of the CNV team. |

Michael Leahy / Project Manager
Michael Leahy joined the Company as Vice-President of Communications in January, 2011. He is a graduate of Acadia University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has previously worked for North American Tungsten Corporation, at Cantung Mine, Yukon Territory, where he developed hands-on experience in the various aspects of both surface and underground mining. North American Tungsten Corporation Ltd. is the western world's largest producer of tungsten concentrate (WO3) with a mill throughput of 400,000 tons per year at a grade of 1.08% WO3. |
